WHY BROKER JAMES OFFERS BUYER REBATES

Broker James from California Magic Real Estate offers 60% buyer rebates for two simple reasons. First, offering buyers the best commission rebate eliminates any competition with other Real Estate brokerages going forward. Secondly, James requires you to do some work on your own, which includes searching for the homes you are interested in through a real estate search engine such as Zillow or Redfin.

HOW TO GET A BUYER REBATE FROM BROKER JAMES

Qualifying for a buyer rebate does require a little bit of work on the buyer's part. Once you find one or more properties that you may be interested in, email BrokerJames@CaMagic.com and we would be more than happy to send you all the available seller disclosures, with no commitment from you. This video will open on a separate page and explain how you can request several seller disclosures individually or at once, and we'll send them to your Inbox, no problem. We will not, however, visit multiple properties with you. The video on the page you are currently looking at explains a process in which you can view each home you would like at any time you would like. If you can find the right house, we'll get ready to write your offer and prepare your Rebate Agreement.

HOW MUCH IS THE BUYER REBATE?

BROKER JAMES OFFERS THE HIGHEST REAL ESTATE BUYER REBATE at 60% of the total purchase price. The easier you make things for James, the higher the rebate.

EXISTING HOME BUYER REBATE AGREEMENT

The Buyer Rebate Agreement between us is simple, and involves you signing a one-page form stating that if you end up entering a contract to purchase a home in which I get paid a commission within 60 days and subsequently purchase that home within three months, I will then give you 60% of whatever commission I earn in that transaction. That Rebate Agreement does NOT commit you to anything, and only commits ME to paying YOU IF I end up making money. I normally prepare the document the day we submit our offer to the sellers agent, and we sign both electronically.
