This costs nothing for you to sign up, and there is absolutely no obligation for you to buy any one of them. Our Napa model home buyer rebate business model is based on volume, rebating the majority of our referral fee to you, to making your home more affordable.

Since the builders can change the referral fee amount offered to us faster than we can update the website, the rebate amounts listed above are estimates (but they are pretty darn close).
