THIS IS FREE MONEY TO YOU, IN ADDITION to any other special promotions, discounts, free options, upgrades or any other incentives from the builder.

Our goal is to rebate the majority of our referral fee to you, to make your home more affordable. This costs nothing for you to sign up, and there is absolutely no obligation for you to buy.

The areas below represent only a fraction of the location where our new home buyer rebates are available. California Magic Real Estate is not affiliated with any of the San Mateo County new home communities, and are paid by the model home builders by referring our clients to deal directly with them.

NEW CONSTRUCTION REBATES IN OTHER COUNTIES


To receive your Peninsula new construction rebate in San Mateo County, you would simply fill out a short rebate form with California Magic Real Estate, then have us register you at your chosen new home community. If you end up purchasing one of the model homes in the community, you will receive the amount agreed upon on the rebate form.

We will disclose any additional incentives the model home builder is offering that we are aware of when we first meet. If you decide to purchase from the community, the referral fee we receive (and rebate most of) to you requires us to step aside and have you deal directly with the representatives of the builder. Essentially, we can and will help you the best we can until you sign the purchase contract, then you deal with the builder. Once you move in, we get paid and you get your rebate.

California Magic Real Estate issues the new construction rebate in the Peninsula by first paying the maximum amount toward the buyer's closing costs, and if any funds remain, issuing a cash refund. For example, if your new home rebate is $20,000 and your allowable closing costs are $16,000, we would pay those closing costs and issue you a $4000 cash refund.
